We are not heavy, bureaucratic, old-fashioned and traditional, but instead we’ll be fast-moving, flexible, exciting, and proactive and dedicated to providing a different and better service. It is our aim to win long-term customer-loyalty. We’ll form a long-lasting relationship with customers sharing the mutual success with active customers. To gain this, we’ll be flexible and innovative and supply “solutions” to fully understand customer needs and not just water-related products, services and expertise.

We may ask ourselves “do our customers see us as suppliers of products/services or as a partner?” We must be able to honestly answer “we see, feel and experience customers as partners” and vice versa. The true customer satisfaction can be achieved only when our operations will be seen as a process or a value chain going from identification of all of our customers’ needs to satisfaction of those needs. And the needs will be much more than just drinking pure water each day.

The more we’ll become (with the aid from our customers) aware of the needs and the psychological laws of human mind in general the more we’ll invent new needs dealing directly or indirectly with water. This is the way we’ll differentiate ourselves from competitors. We’ll take this as a process not a project to view our operations to set up cross-functional continuing not frequent surveys of customer satisfaction in the broadest sense.
